PetClear Malaysia currently ships to addresses in Malaysia.

Shipping Origin

Phase 1 launch products ship from PetClear Malaysia's local warehouse. Product pages and checkout may show Malaysia Warehouse as the Ship from option so customers can clearly see the local delivery path before payment.

Estimated Delivery Time

Malaysia Warehouse orders usually take 2-4 working days after the order is processed and handed over to the logistics provider.

Delivery may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, incorrect address details, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment. Fees may vary depending on the delivery address, order contents, and promotional shipping rules.

Before launch, PetClear Malaysia will publish or configure the final Malaysia local shipping fee rules. Until final rates are confirmed, any RM0 shipping shown on the test store is for internal testing only.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional delivery fees may apply.
