PetClear Malaysia currently ships to addresses in Malaysia.
Shipping origins
Some products may be shipped from different warehouses. On the product page, customers can choose the available Ship from option, such as Malaysia Warehouse or China Warehouse.
If a cart contains products from different warehouses, the order may be shipped in separate parcels. Tracking information may be provided separately for each parcel.
Estimated delivery time
- Malaysia Warehouse: 2-4 working days
- China Warehouse: 7-12 working days
Delivery estimates start after the order is processed and handed over to the logistics provider. Delivery may be affected by public holidays, customs processing, courier delays, incorrect address details, or events outside our control.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment. Fees may vary depending on warehouse, delivery address, order contents, and promotional rules.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional delivery fees may apply.
