Refund and Return Policy
Return window
Customers may request a return within 7 days after receiving the order.
Eligible returns
To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused, unopened where applicable, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used pet care products, medicine, supplements, grooming liquids, food, treats, and cleaning products may not be eligible for return unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the order, please contact us with your order number, photos or video of the product and package, and a description of the issue.
Return shipping
If the return is due to PetClear error, damaged goods, or defective goods, PetClear may cover reasonable return shipping. If the return is due to customer preference, wrong product selection, or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be processed back to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider or bank. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the return is caused by PetClear error.
